OCCURRENCE REPORTING AND CASE MANAGEMENT

Supporting all occurrence reporting, provides KPI`s and SPI`s for safety improvements.

For use by any Airport, Air Operator, Part-145 supplier or ANS-Provider.

Opscom simplifies all reporting processes. The reporting can be done through astandard reporting page or through a reporting page customized by the individual customer.

There is a comprehensive case management function connected to the reporting interface.. Here you can manage all your quality or safety related occurrences. The case management identifies responsible persons, assigns different tasks with deadlines, follows up the root cause process, manages improvement proposals and keeps the initial reporter in the loop regarding the outcome of the occurrence.

An integrated part of this module is a 360 statistic function. You can monitor any type of occurrences, have oversight of short and long trends and benchmark your SPI and KPI`s

In this module, there is also a dedicated function for environmental reporting.

An APP interface is available, lowering the reporting threshold and making reporting accessible on tablets and smart phones.
